YOU HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OVER YOUR PAYMENTS ... TO AVIOD ANY CONFUSION WE DO NOT PROCESS CANCELLATIONS IN ANY OTHER WAY; WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, FAXES OR MAIL TO AN ADDRESS. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE THROUGH THE SIMPLE ONLINE PROCESS.

Only use this form if you wish to cancel your subscription to GAUK and cease access to over 8,000 auctions a month.

Before you proceed please ensure that you have taken full advantage of the database and facilities at GAUK. If there is something you have not understood or have had trouble with, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue by going back to the site one more time and checking that you haven't missed anything or contact us HERE to have any questions answered.

Once submitted your service will be cancelled immediately and access will expire at the end of the current 'paid for' period.

Please note: Payments for a current subscription period are non-refundable as either a full or partial payment.

Canceling is simple: You have total control over your payments.

Please log into your Payment Management Account and click on the cancellation button. Log in Here

Canceling with Paypal: If you pay by Paypal you may also cancel with them. Log into your Paypal account, click on 'All Activity' and look for 'subscriptions' in the 'All Activity - Advanced View' menu. If you have trouble, you can call them 08707 307 191.

Please note that we have no control over your Paypal account.

Problems logging in to your payment account: If you have lost your login details you can recover them Here

If you are still having problems logging in to your account to cancel please Submit a Ticket and explain that you need new passwords to access your Payment Management Account as you wish to cancel
